Hello! I’m Wes Phillips
I have been involved in ministry for the past 50 years as a youth minister and pastor. During that time, I have served in varying leadership areas including board president and member of various ministry organizations, and leadership team. I am passionate about helping others do well and finish well in ministry.
My present assignment is as senior pastor of a church on the border of Texas and Mexico. The context of the church and the community is multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, multi-lingual, and multi-generational. Our context is constantly changing, and these blogs began as an interaction between ministry coordinators and other church leadership.
